Slack Integration
Connect Slack so your team can use Applied in channels you already work in.
Set up Slack
- Open Connectors in the sidebar.
- Choose Slack and click Connect.
- Approve access for the workspace you want to use.
Add the bot to a channel
In Slack, invite the Applied bot to the channel where you want conversations to appear. Once it is added, you can mention the bot or start a thread to test responses.
Slack conversations will also appear in the Inbox so you can track them with the rest of your support channels.
Multi-workspace setup
If your team supports multiple Slack workspaces, you can connect more than one workspace. Contact support@appliedlabs.ai if you need help mapping workspaces to agents.
